An estate dating back to the 17th century and now in the hands of Anny and Jacques Frayssinet. The domaine covers 70 hectaires of which 50 are under vine with a high proportion of old vines up to 50 years old. Emphasis is placed on conserving the typicity of the terroir and respecting nature through the avoidance of chemical treatments in the vineyard. They use only organic fertilisers. Made from Syrah and Merlot from the best parcels on the Domaine. Matured for 12 months in oak, this wine shows ripe cherry fruit with balanced tannins in a fresh up front style. (6 x 75 cl)
