Cellaring: Enjoy over the next 10 years
Viticulture: The fruit was sourced from some of the oldest, low yielding shiraz vineyards in South Australia. The Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek are renowned for their quality and suitability to this variety.
Winemaking: After crushing and de-stemming, fermentation was commenced in traditional open top fermenters before being transferred to new and seasoned American and French oak hogsheads (300 Lt.) to complete fermentation. The wine then remained in this oak for a further 16 months maturation. The Wolf Blass Presidents Selection Shiraz has been made in the traditional classic shiraz mould to ensure the wine is rich, soft and approachable in its youth.
