Chateau Prieure-Lichine 4eme Cru Classe Margaux
Description: The vineyards cover approximately 70 hectares and are some of the most widespread in the commune of Margaux, with a majority of the holdings on the gravel croupe north of the town of Cantenac. The grape varietals planted are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. The grapes are picked by hand, sorted and then crushed. Fermented in concrete vats followed by 3 to 4 weeks maceration, the wine is then transferred into oak barrel for around 16 months using 50% new oak and racking every 3 months. Very intense ruby red colour and velvety rich flavours. Ripe cassis fruit flavours, balanced, smoky, rather fat, with a plummy finnish. (12 x 75 cl)

Pelissero TULIN Barbaresco DOCG
Description: Azienda Agricola Pelissero is a family-run vine-growing estate located in the district of Treiso, in the heart of Barbaresco. Many gradual changes have been performed by the successive generations of the Pelisseros, who transformed the grape-selling activity started by Giovanni Pelissero into winemaking of all the estate-grown grapes. Winemaking takes place in a cellar surrounded by vineyards situated in a zone called Augenta. The first bottles of wine dated back to 1960 and were produced by Luigi Pelissero, whose work was followed by his son, Oenologist Giorgio who, after finishing his studies, decided to work full time at the winery. The Pelissero family takes care of all the activities from pruning the vines to marketing the wine. The estate consists of twenty hectares of vineyards which yield a total of 80,000 to 100,000 bottles of wine. Thanks to Giorgio Pelissero's brilliance in the cellar and father Luigi’s dedication in the vineyard, this wine has splendid concentration and purity of flavour. (12 x 75 cl)

Domaine Jean-Jacques Confuron 1er Cru Chambolle-Musigny
Description: Alain Meunier and his wife, Sophie own this 7 hectare vineyard estate based at Premaux-Prissey, south of Nuits, additionally they have vineyard holdings in many parts of the Cotes de Nuits. Attention to detail and a passion for their work has produced wines with an exciting and enviable reputation. The grapes are grown organically and, to maximise the fruit, all the grapes are de-stemmed before vinification. These are powerful, rich wines that are bottled early to protect their intense, concentrated fruit. The wines are only racked before bottling, so there is 15-18 months of extended lees contact. The grand crus are aged in 100% new French oak, and the premier crus in 80%. This wine is a great reflection of the region with plenty of depth, structure and black fruit flavours. The blackberry and plum aromas follow through onto the palate with soft silky tannins and a great finish. (6 x 75 cl)
