Michele Chiarlo TORTONIANO Barolo DOCG
Description: In 1956, Michele Chiarlo began his career as a producer with a small cellar in Calamandrana, starting off with 5 hectares of his father's company vineyards, planted with Barbera and Muscat grapes. Today, the 50 hectare estate is spread throughout some of the regions best wine producing areas of Barolo, Gavi and Asti. All the vineyards are carefully prepared and much care is taken between the vineyard and the winery. Here the wines spend 2 years in 50-hl oak barrels and refined 10-12 months in the bottle. 100% Nebiolo this deep red wine has a fascinating, ethereal, complex bouquet. Typical notes of juniper, anise, sweet tobacco and delicate spices are evident in this harmonious wine with a long and pleasant aftertaste. The Life cycle of this wine shows that it is already open and harmonious after 3-4 years, and will continues developing extraordinarily well for up to 8-10 years. (12 x 75 cl)

Description: Appearance: salmon colour, beautiful pearly bubbles, fine mousse. Nose: intense, fresh fruit aromas, especially of cherry, with mineral and toasted characteristics. Canard-Duchene VINTAGE Brut Champagne
Description: Made from grapes of a single harvest, and aged for five years to give the wine time to develop its complexity to the full. The vintage has a higher percentage of Chardonnay than the non-vintage, which gives finesse and elegance without masking the fruity character of the Pinot. The fine bouquet is reminiscent of vanilla, citrus fruits, and the palate is full and generous with honeyed, spicy characteristics. (12 x 75 cl)

Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur CHARMES 1er Cru Meursault
Description: Vincent Bitouzet's is the current family member to inherit the 11 hectare domaine. Today it is composed of 3 hectares planted to Chardonnay and the remaining 8 to Pinot Noir. The harvest is done by hand then fermented and aged in barrel with extensive lees contact to develop richness and complexity. Usually not more than 20% of the cuvee will be exposed to new oak. Golden yellow colour the ageing on lees is evident in the hazelnut and vanilla aomas. Citrus fruit including lemon and mineral notes develop this well made wine that has length on the finish.
