Domaine Moreau-Naudet Chablis
Description: Stephane Moreau is now firmly established as one of the bright young things of Chablis. His style is classic mineral and flint, but he also manages a juicy feshy quality and layers of mouth-watering complexity. Although he does use a little oak it is only to achieve a degree of oxygenation, and certainly not for flavour. (12 x 75 cl)

Louis Michel et Fils Petit Chablis
Description: Domaine Louis Michel is a leading family owned vineyard in Chablis with a reputation for consistently and high quality on the 45 acre estate. Up until 1970 the wines were fermented and matured in oak barrels. By 1980 the oak was discarded for stainless steel and Domaine Louis Michel is now widely recognised as the prime exponents of unoaked Chablis in the region. The soils of the area are rich with Kimmeridgian limestone that provides the character for this wine. Vinified in stainless steel tanks with no barrel ageing, the objective is to make wines which reflect the distinctiveness of the vineyards from which they are produced. A beautiful golden yellow coloured wine with a subtle, elegant nose of green apple and citrus fruit. The nose supports the palate with lively fruit and mineral hints as well as good weight and balance with great length of flavours. (12 x 75 cl)

Mount Cass Wines MOUNT CASS VINEYARD Pinot Noir Wairarapa Valley NZ
Description: The vineyards are located on the Mount Cass Road and were planted in 1982, as the then owners and developers believed that the terroir was simial to the Marlborough region. However, there was an added benefit, the effect the Teviotdale Hills and Mount Cass have in protecting the vineyards from the cool easterly sea breezes. The grapes had excellent colour and flavour. The wine was fermented in open-top fermenters and hand plunged, then pressed prior to storage in a mixture of new and one year old French Oak barrels. (12 x 75 cl)
