Description: Bernard Germain is the sixth generation of a wine-making family. His motto is 'tradition rhymes with exception'. Evidently, therefore, he has a great respect for the art and traditions of wine-making, and it is in this spirit that the wines of Germain and Associes are made. This wine is a blend of Merlot 75% and Cabernet sauvignon 25% aged in the barrel for 6 months. A Very beautiful deep red coloured wine with a nose of red fruits, vanilla and leather. In the mouth there is an explosion of candied fruits through to the persistent finish. Available in 37.5 cl Half Bottles. (24 x 37.5 cl)

This area is known as 'dei Greppi' because of its landscape formed by steep, rugged hills. Thanks to its almost unlimited longevity and flavour complexity, the Brunello di Montalcino Greppone Mazzi is truly a special wine. Chateau Magneau CUVEE JULIEN Blanc Graves
Description: Chateau Magneau is an ancient estate run by the Ardurats family, the direct descendants of a line of wine growers from before the reign of Henri IV. The fruit is produced from strictly selected plots and the wine is made up of 60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Once in the winery the stalks are removed before pressing and the juice is left to macerate on the skins for eight to twelve hours. That makes it fuller, fleshier, and gives a long-lasting flavour, while it is then better prepared for its stay in the oak barrels where it will ferment. The wine is then matured in the barrel of wine lees for nine months. The result of this care in the winery is a wine with toast aromas, full-bodied and fleshy in the mouth, showing flavours of pears and white berries. (12 x 75 cl)

Description: The 8 hectare vineyard was purchased by the present owners, Vignobles Trocard, in 1976 with the aim of producing great Bordeaux. Situated in the heart of Lalande de Pomerol, on deep gravely top soil with iron pan in the subsoil has produced wines of great character. The wine is a blend of 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc and is aged on average 14 months in oak casks. This is a dark ruby, velvety coloured wine with Nervy, but complex bouquet, a long lived flavour and a subtle amount of tannin. Available in Magnum Bottles. (6 x 1.5 Litres)
