The Pinot-Gris aromas are very delicate, bringing to mind the terroir of its birth. A good structure, balance and length are all hallmarks of a great dry white wine. Gustave Lorentz Pinot Gris Reserve Alsace
Description: Established for the last two hundred and fifty years in the vine-growing area of the medieval city of Bergheim, the vineyard extends over the steeply sloping south face of the Grasberg hillock, at an altitude of between 220 and 320 metres. South-facing and at a distance from the Vosgian front, the steep slope favours a warm and temperate micro-climate, together with even temperatures and hygrometry. In the heart of the Ribeauville fault mosaic, split into layers of limestone and marl from the lower and mid-Jurassic periods, the Altenberg is composed of very stony, reddish, somewhat shallow soil of marl, sand and lime, commonly referred to as clayey-limestone. The rich and delicate aromas and full-bodied mouth are the characteristics of this wine combined with great length. (12 x 75 cl)

Description: This wine is quite clear with a crimson-red colour showing great vibrancy. The nose is very powerful with strawberry and prunes, with a vegetal undertone. In the mouth there are some nice, soft tannins, good, ripe, red-berry fruits and rounded, fresh finish. It will become more intense and vegetal with age as those primary aromas soften. Lenotti Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico DOC

Description: A Tempranillo dominated wine with a little Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep red colour and black fruit aroma. 14 months ageing in French oak and a further 2 years in the bottle has delivered a well made, dark fruit dominated wine. Grandes Bodegas were founded in 1985 and their vineyards form one of the best and most modern estates in Ribera del Duero. Devaux GRANDE RESERVE Brut Non Vintage Champagne
Description: Founded in 1846 by the brothers Jules and Auguste Devaux, the Champagne House of Devaux was taken over by Madame Augusta Devaux, one of Champagne's great characters who ran the company with much energy and skill. The positive impact that she made on the company lead it to be renamed Maison Veuve Devaux when she died. Today the House of Veuve A. Devaux is located in the magnificent setting of Domaine de Villeneuve and is part of co-operative that has some 800 growers contributing to the blends, making it the largest Champagne house in the region. Located in the Aube area of the Champagne region, Devaux has stayed true to its roots with the blends having a heavy leaning towards the softer Pinot Noir grape. This is reflected in the composition of the Champagne blend, made from 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay while it exclusively uses only the first pressing of the grapes. This stylish cuvée is then aged for a minimum of 3 years in the cellars before release. This is a well-structured Champagne that has a pale yellow, almost clear colour with fine beade and a classical pinot noir aroma showing notes of flowers. The well balanced palate is both long and lingering, while the finish is elegant and harmonious. Available in half bottles. (12 x 37.5 cl)
