Description: Pinot Bianco, the most typical of the South Tyrolean grape varieties, is a welcome new addition to the prestigious Sanct Valentin range. Clear, straw yellow in colour with slightly green reflections. Intense, typically fruity aromas on the nose of ripe apples and pears combine perfectly with hints of melon and just a trace of vanilla, thanks to its time in oak. Concentrate and rich to taste, the Pinot Bianco Sanct Valentin is refreshing and lively despite the oak maturation. (6 x 75 cl)

Collards Chardonnay Hawke's Bay NZ
Description: Collards Brothers is a family owned company dedicated to growing and producing premium wines. The original estate was founded in 1910 by an English horticulturalist, J.W. Collard. During the 1960’s further plantings of the best classical varieties then available were undertaken by Lionel Collard on the Henderson Estate. Today this vineyard grows Merlot, Malbec, Semillon and Riesling. In 1979 a second Collard vineyard was established by Bruce and Geoffrey Collard which today produces many of the top wines under the 'Rothesay' label. This site is favoured with unique conditions for viticulture with gentle slopes, high sunshine hours and warm summers moderated by Tasman sea breezes. Matured on its lees in a mix of oak barriques, predominantly Allier and Troncais, this wine is showing ripe peachy flavours and a rich complexity derived from time in oak. (12 x 75 cl)
