Description: This Beresford Chardonnay comes from the estate in McLaren Vale and has a nose that displays forthright aromas of melons, pineapple and tropical flavours. The palate has an amazing softness with pineapple and citrus characters evident. It is a complex wine showing an elegant balance between overt fruit flavours and crisp, citrusy acids making it a perfect food accompaniment. The oak is very subtle, contributing to the mouth-feel and overall balance but hardly evident on the palate.
