The Wine DRY DON is a premium wine, with the elegance of an original dry amontillado it combines the best of the Sherry world: the aromatic fragrance of finos with the additional complexity of Amontillado ageing and just a touch of sweetness. its intense, yet mellow, flavours make slightly chilled DRY DON a great partner to pates, smoked meats, quiche Lorraine and creamy cheeses. Alternatively, simply serve it chilled, on ice or Spritzz! it with a splash of soda. Tasting Notes Light gold in colour with a very fragrant, pungent aroma reminiscent of fino, balanced by the complexity of nutty aromas from oak ageing. In the mouth it is full and persistent, with complex flavours, and a touch of richness which makes it smooth and easy to enjoy. It has the complexity of the classics with contemporary charm. Food Pairing DRY DON is a great partner to pates, smoked meats, quiche Lorraine and creamy cheeses. Alternatively, simply serve it chilled, on ice or Spritzz! it with a splash of soda.
