New Wave Wines is a relatively new Company who make wine from grapes grown in England. They consider that being English they do not have a long history of wine-making or many familiar grape varieties. However, they see that as a strength and come without the baggage of snobbery, tradition and convention; while they produce fresh wines, fresh ideas with fresh energy. This wine is made from the Muller-Thurgau, or as it is known in Luxembourg the Rivaner, grape. It undergoes extended yeast contact after fermentation that adds body, flavour and complexity. This wine is lively and fragrant with a distinctive 'sur lie' aroma following through with an attractive clean crisp fruit palate and a refreshing finish. (12 x 75 cl)
