Description: Founded in 1850 in the heart of the prestigious Sancerre appellation, Domaine Laporte is renowned for its quality. Located in the Loire Valley 200 km south of Paris, the Domaine Laporte Sancerre vineyards cover approximately 2,300 ha . Domaine du Rochoy is a 10 hectare slope, unique in the region of Sancerre. Soaking up the heat in the daytime, the flint rocks of the vineyard slowly cool in the night. After racking at low temperature, the wine ferments during 10 days in stainless steel tanks at temperatures ranging from 15º to 20ºC . Neither yeasting nor malolactic fermentation is employed. The wine is matured on its fine lees for 5 months and is then vacuum-bottled . Only high quality natural corks are used. The wine undergoes an additional maturation of at least one month in the bottle. Undergoing the vinification process has helped the grapes to ripen more quickly and results in the production of a rich, well-balanced white Sancerre with a fine flinty tang. (12 x 75 cl)

Indeed, back in 1989 the Domaine du Tariquet Ugni Blanc/Colombard won White Wine of the Year at the International Wine Challenge . Domaine Tariquet is the property where Yves Grassa lives on the family estate and it is here that he tends his most precious vines. The style of winemaking is always one of freshness, elegance and finesse and the Domaine Tariquet range is no exception. Domaine du Trapadis LES ADRES Cotes du Rhone Villages Rasteau
Description: Great care is taken from the vineyard to the winery when making this wine. The vineyard is cultivated without herbicides, chemical fertilizers or synthetic products. Small amounts of copper and sulphur are utilised in addition to fertilizers derived from animal and vegetal compost. The soil is ploughed by horse three times a year to preserve the natural balance and to avoid erosion and compression of the soil. When ready the grapes are manually picked and carefully sorted grape by grape. The harvest is destemmed, lightly crushed and put into cement vats, next alcoholic fermentation starts due to natural yeasts. The grapes are then macerated for 20 days at a temperature of 25°C and the Free run juice is pumped over the must every 4 days. The grapes are pressed just before the end of the alcoholic fermentation and the wine is matured in cement vats on fine lees for 20 months. Part of the wine is matured in barrel to enhance aromatic complexity. (12 x 75 cl)

Located in Saint Verand in the southwestern part of the Beaujolais region the domaine now extends to 29 Hectares. The estate has adopted environmentally sensitive methods of cultivation, aiming to make wine in the purest and most natural way possible. While the wines are made in the traditional Beaujolais style, then aged for 6 months in oak barrels. A ruby coloured wine with an intense nose of ripe dark fruit including blackcurrants, blackberries and blueberries. The dark ripe fruit follow through onto the palate with acidic freshness ands well-integrated tannins that lend a wonderfully crisp sensation to the nice finish. (6 x 75 cl)
