Description: A lively and young Sauvignon Blanc showing a citrus nose and tropical notes. On the palate there is pineapple, passion flower mixed with a hint of green chili. Chocalan's 80 hectares of vineyard are situated in the Maipo Valley, nestled between the Andes and the Coastal Mountain range. Proximity to the Pacific Ocean ensures the heat of the warm days is mitigated by the cool breezes funnelled down the valley at night. This gives a longer ripening period, and more elegant wines as a result. (12 x 75 cl)
