Maison Louis Latour has exclusive rights over this vineyard and as a further guarantee, limits the yield to produce the best grapes possible. Remaining loyal to the traditional techniques of the region, the vinification process requires the grapes to be fermented in whole clusters under a blanket of carbon dioxide optimising the freshness of the fruit. The wine is deliciously floral on the nose and possesses great smoothness on the palate with a wonderful balancing acidity. It is best enjoyed after a year or so in bottle.
