The Sauvignon Blanc Vineyard Selection is sourced from the northern 'Aitkin' vineyard which has a long, warm and dry ripening season which enables a greater concentration of tropical fruit flavours alongside the classic gooseberry fruit. Fairview OOM PAGEL Semillon Paarl RSA
Description: The Oom Pagel Semillon from Fairview is golden green straw in colour, with aromas of creamy lemon and toasty hazelnut. On the palate, the wine is bursting with ripe tropical fruit, beeswax and vanilla notes and has excellent balance and good length. With age, it develops a wonderful marmalade tang and rich texture. Fairview is situated on the lower slopes of Mt. Paarl, the mountain that gives its name to this warm region, which is more sheltered from the moderating maritime influence than nearby Stellenbosch. Fairview has been planted with vines since 1699, when it was known by the name of Bloemkwoolfontein . Fortunately, its name was changed to Fairview by an English owner at the beginning of the 20th century. The property was bought by the grandfather of current owner, Charles Back, in 1937, and was subsequently run by his father, Cyril. Charles has run it for the past 25 years. (6 x 75 cl)

It exudes aromas of peach, white flowers and vanilla pod while on the palate, it is a lively and fresh displaying great harmony. This is a delicate wine with flavours of fresh fruit and honey. Bodegas Faustino CAMPILLO Reserva Rioja DO
Description: Don Eleuterio Martinez Arzok was born in Barriobusto. In 1861 he bought a house and lands in Oyon and founded the Faustino Group. At the turn of the century the vineyards were totally destroyed by phylloxera. His son Don Faustino Martinez Perez de Albeniz was born in 1904 and, in 1920, he helped his father rebuild and restore the vineyards. Faustino began bottling their wines in 1930 and by 1957 Don Julio Faustino Martinez, the third generation, took over the family business and in 1960, the Faustino brand was created in honour of his father. Today, the Faustino group owns several Bodegas including the 50 hectare estate Bodegas Campillo. 100% Tempranillo, it is aged in french casks tht has produced an intense cherry red coloured wine with good depth and a purple rim that conveys a certain liveliness. A generous, distinguished bouquet with innumerable notes of ripe red fruit blend into elegant notes from noble wood. Ample, tasty and meaty in the mouth, with spicy tannins that remain for a long time on the finish characterise this enjoyable reserva wine. (6 x 75 cl)

Description: Wine Description Deep crimson in colour. Sweet lifted fragrant plum, raspberry and anise aromas, with hints of stone-fruits and dusty, cedary oak. The medium-weight palate has intense rich fruit flavours of plums and anise. The texture is silky, showing velvety tannins, good structure and length. Grape Varieties 67% shiraz, 28% grenache and 5% viognier grown in the Barossa. Background The shiraz grenache viognier is a tribute to Henry Evans who planted the first vineyard of seven acres at Keyneton in 1853. He quickly developed a reputation for producing the best wines in the southern colony. Following the death of Henry in 1868 his widow Sarah exercised her temperance convictions by closing the winery and uprooting all the wine grapes.
