Domaine de la Vougeraie Grand Cru Corton-Charlemagne
Description: Grand Cru made from Chardonnay it is barrel-aged 18 months and the result is a very attractive brigh gold colour, with green tints. The first nose is closed; with aeration it reveals all of its finesse and complexity. One finds notes of fresh honey and chestnuts, evolving into more floral notes. All the smells marvelously reflect the terroir of the hill of Corten. The mouth is sumptuous, long lasting and rangy, concentrated while the aromas of honey and chestnut are again very evident. Chateau Greysac Cru Bourgeois Medoc
Description: Chateau Greysac's destiny is linked to a visit in 1973 by Baron Francois de Gunzburg and several of his friends. The visitors were so taken with the estate that they immediately decided to buy it and were able to do with the financial participation of the INFINT group, presided by Mr Giovanni Agnelli. Chateau Greysac underwent remarkable development and was admitted to the very select Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux in 1982. Today, the Estate covers 95 ha of which 70 ha are under vine. Greysac's wine is more than ever before the expression of its outstanding beautiful gravelly rises located in the hamlet of By. The grapes come from 25 years old vines and the wine is aged 12 months in Oak of which 20% is new each year. This has produced the characteristic style of Greysac showing great aromatic finesse combined with good, full body. This dynamic produces wines with straightforward, clean flavours and sumptuous fruit which acquire elegance and complexity over time. This wine is a blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc and a little 2% Petit Verdot. A purple red coloured wine with aromas of dark forrest fruits, peper and spice this is a medium bodied wine. The dark forrest fruit aromas reveal themselves in the flavours while the smooth tannins culminate in a rounded finish. (12 x 75 cl)

Chateau Richard Coup de Coeur Saussignac
Description: Organic. This scintillatingly brilliant, top dessert wine from the Richard estate has been linked to a hypothetical mix of Chateau Climens and Chateau d'Yquem! Justified praise, as this is one of the finest dessert wines you will try. Aged in new oak for fifteen months, it is rich and intense with fantastic honey and nut sweetness, balanced by a wonderful, crisp, clean cutting acidity. This will convert anyone who thinks they don't like sweet wine! "Great combo of the nerviness of botrytis, the luxury of new oak and the ripeness of pears in honey". Jancis Robinson, Financial Times. Rocca delle Macie ROCCATO IGT Rosso della Toscano
Description: The name Rocca delle Macie is synonymous with quality and good value. The company was started by film-maker, Italo Zingarelli, in 1973. The winery is now in the hands of the son, Sergio, who, like his father, lays great importance on the careful selection of grape varieties, careful pruning and the use of organic fertilisers to enhance the maximum ripening of the fruit. An even split blend of Cabernet Sauvignon , Sangiovese this is an intense ruby red coloured wine, becoming garnet over time.
