Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1er Cru Classe Pauillac
Description: The wine label designed by Robert Wilson initially grabs the attention but once the bottle is opened it reveals a lovely, deep, garnet red colour and a nose which, though not yet fully open, reveals attractive fruit with airing, enfolded in the roast coffee, tobacco and spice notes of refined oak. Jean-Claude Boisset Puligny Montrachet Les Charmes
Description: Vineyard: 'Champ Gain' Premier Cru, a 10.69 hectare vineyard. The soil is limestone dominant. The grapes are hand picked and put into small perforated boxes. Patriat has two sorting tables, with 10 people per table, looking for any grape that isn't fit to go into the fermenting vat. The wine is barrel fermented using natural yeasts . The malolactic fermentation took place in barrel. Patriat eschews battonage as he doesn't like the fatness it lends to wines, preferring instead to allow the inherent elegance of his wines to shine through unhindered. The wine was matured in barrel for 15 months before bottling, and underwent a very light filtration before bottling. (6 x 75 cl)

Rivera IL FALCONE Riserva Castel del Monte DOC

Vine: Aglianico Grape. Production Area: the Castel del Monte D.O.C. zone, extending over the Murgia hills north-west of Bari.
