Description: A blend of Carignan 72% and Grenache noir 28% in the vineyard the grapes are picked by hand and once in the winery the bunches are de-stemmed and crushed. Here Cap punching by hand occurs twice a day, until total immersion of the pomace cap and the grape varieties are blended when vatting takes place.
