Linton Park LINTON PARK Chardonnay Wellington RSA
Description: Tasting Notes An elegant style with pronounced ripe fruit, spicy aromatics and lots of complex Chardonnay flavours, echoing ripe pear, fig, melon and buttery nuances. All folds together nicely on the finish where the French oak flavours are rich and concentrated. Maturation and Vinification The grapes are hand harvested in February from 13 year old vines in the Wellington wine growing area. The grapes are destalked, lightly crushed and then transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation at controlled temperatures.
