Chateau Phelan Segur Cru Bourgeois Exceptionelle Saint Estephe
Description: Chateau Phelan-Segur was established in the early 19th Century, when two St Estephe estates were purchased by the wealthy M. Phelan who then merged them together. One of these estates was Segur, and hence, with the construction of a most imposing residence which puts many classed growth properties to shame with an impressive cellar and vatroom. The estate has over 60 hectares of vineyards that are planted with 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc, have produced a deep red almost black coloured wine with a browning edge. A ripe, smoky nose leads to a rich, firm but ripe palate with good balance. (12 x 75 cl)

Castello di Ama ROSE Tuscany
Description: The terroir that yields Castello di Ama’s Rose is the same that yields its Chianti Classico. These vineyards were planted between 1964 and 1978, trained partly to vertical trellis and partly to Open Lyre. The wine, 90% sangiovese and 10% canaiolo, gains its considerable body from bleeding-off lots that will produce Chianti Classico; for this reason, the resulting wine is closer to a young red wine than to a white. Excellent structure and good holding potential over time are its principal qualities. But its fresh approachability, a hallmark of wines from fully ripe sangiovese, and the lushness of its fragrances combine to ensure that this rosato can be appreciated right from its first months in the bottle. (6 x 75 cl)

Kriter Brut Sparkling French Wine
Description: Kriter is the leading brand of sparkling wine in France and enjoys a very loyal following. The wine blend has been further improved with a higher percentage of Chardonnay, a longer and slower second fermentation, and a few months lees ageing prior to bottling. This has given the wine a more elegant taste. Legislation in France now recognises this as a "Vin Mousseux de Qualite", an accolade which reflects the quality and improved taste of the wine. (12 x 75 cl)

Ca' Morlin Prosecco dei Colli Trevigiani IGT Frizzante Conegliano
Description: The Frizzante is dry, soft, scented and grapey, a real revelation for Prosecco. Perhaps because of this it has been a huge success since we introduced it almost two years ago: sales are three times higher than they were with our previous Prosecco. This simply confirms what we’ve always thought: quality pays! We are pleased to announce a new closure for our Ca’Morlin Prosecco dei Colli Trevigiani IGT Frizzante (6 x 75 cl)

Vasse Felix HEYTESBURY Chardonnay Margaret River Western Australia
Description: INTRODUCTION The Heytesbury Chardonnay represents the best quality chardonnay fruit for the vintage. The juice is barrel fermented in new and used French oak barriques. Winemaking techniques such as whole bunch pressing, malolactic fermentation and lees addition are used to gain a more complex array of options for blending the best possible wine. After 10 months on lees all the barrels are tasted and the process of blending begins. At the end of blending we believe we have a wine that has subtle complexity, strikingly pure fruit flavours and a full bodied mouthfeel that is clean, restrained, refreshing and completely balanced. WINEMAKERS COMMENTS Pale to mid straw in colour. Pristine, vibrant fruit aromas dance in the glass. Fruit characters of nectarine, tangerine and grapefruit enveloped with roasted nuts and crème fraiche coming from malolactic fermentation and long maturation on lees in the barrel. The palate is crisp but also creamy with a great purity of minerals and fruit. New oak has been used sparingly in this wine giving a tight structure and elegance. A wine that reflects its cool climate heritage and will develop well over 4 (6 x 75 cl)
