Description: Eiswein is a perilously risky wine to produce and with tender care Langguth have produced a true gem here. The grape are left on the vines until the winter, carefully harvested by hand then the frozen juice is gently pressed and nursed as the naturally high, concentrated levels of sugar and acidity of this nectar ferments. A light, golden colour with a heavenly aroma of peach and apricot. The palate is greeted by a swelling wave of fruit, beautifully structured with a light acidity to lend elegance and finesse.
