Mount Cass Wines MOUNT CASS VINEYARD Sauvignon Blanc Wairarapa Valley NZ
Description: The vineyards are located on the Mount Cass Road and were planted in 1982, as the then owners and developers believed that the terroir was simial to the Marlborough region. However, there was an added benefit, the effect the Teviotdale Hills and Mount Cass have in protecting the vineyards from the cool easterly sea breezes. The palate shows ripe passion fruit and capsicum flavours, filled out by a luscious creaminess, and followed by an intense backbone of acid. A clean finish will leave notes of gooseberries and tropical fruit on the palate. (12 x 75 cl)

Bollinger LA GRANDE ANNEE Vintage Champagne
Description: Champagne Bollinger was founded in 1829, and is still 100% family owned today. Somewhat unusual for a Champagne House, Bollinger have been growers and producers from the outset. 70% of Bollinger's grape supply comes from its own vineyards and this is a minimum, set out in Bollinger's Charter of Ethics and Quality, which was published in 1992. This Charter confirms the House's commitment to true standards of excellence, and reinforces their stubborn determination to maintain those standards that have made Bollinger a watchword for the quality of champagne. Bollinger only produces vintage Champagne in exceptional years. With aromas of baked bread and honeyed, citrus flavours on the palate, this wine is drinking very well now. For those who enjoy the complex character of mature Champagne. Available in Magnum bottles. (3 x 1.5 Litres)
