C. The remaining part of the vineyard is located on the periphery of 'cru' Fleurie and is essentially made of Beaujolais-Villages and Beaujolais. Once complete the wine is matured in bottles, unlabelled, in the cellars, which are temperature-controlled or air-conditioned, on average 2 to 3 years after harvesting.
