Description: The wine shows an abundance of tropical fruit, gooseberry and green fig flavours on the nose that carry through to the palette. The palette is rich and fruity with well balanced acid while the aftertaste is long and lingering with enough fruit to make you come back for more.The grapes where harvested at different levels of ripening depending on fruit character, to ensure maximum fruitiness. The juice was handled reductively throughout the winemaking process and fermented very cold in specially designed stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine was kept on the gross lees for three months, blended and finally bottled in June (12 x 75 cl)

Description: TASTING NOTES An intense yellow colour with green hues. Strong pineapple on the nose with hints of banana and citrus. Well-structured and full-bodied with a long, tropical palate. WINEMAKERS NOTES Produced by winemaker Felipe Tosso, this wine is made from grapes source 85% for the Chardonnay from the Rapel region and 15% Sauvignon Blanc from Casablanca. Both Rapel and Casablanca were excellent years, with no rain at all during harvest. The harvest for Chardonnay during 10 and 20 of March, and the Sauvignon Blanc during the 20 to 27 of March with mild and dry conditions. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from these areas have been deemed particularly good. BACKGROUND INFORMATION Chilean culture with its heritage, myriad crafts and vibrant colours is reflected in this Chileno wine. Description: The meeting between the world of wine and the Cecchi family dates back to 1893. It was Luigi Cecchi, skills as a wine taster, who established the dynasty which is still well-known and respected today for the production of Tuscan wines. The company is still run by the Cecchi family, which has been dealing with the production of its own wines for 4 generations. Its president is Luigi Cecchi, who has been working in the company since 1953. The vineyards are on steep gradient hills and the favourable exposition makes the area particularly suitable for the production of prized white wines. This has been reflected in the selection process when planting new vines. Vernaccia is charachterised by a light straw colour which tends to become golden with ageing. Its fine persistent aroma has a fresh and harmonious balance with a light aftertaste reminiscent of bitter almonds, it is ample and well structured. (6 x 75 cl)
