Description: Based in the Limari Valley, Casa Tamaya is located in Cerrillos de Tamaya in Chile's IV Region, and has recently been recognized for its extraordinary potential for producing fine wines, due to its ideal climate and soils. Vina Casa Tamaya is set in 210 hectares of which 108 of are planted to vines. The vineyards were established in 1997 and its primary white grape varieties are Chardonnay, Viognier, and Sauvignon Blanc and the red grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenere, Syrah and Sangiovese. A noble, lively red in coloured wine while on the nose, delicate aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry and truffles appear playfully against a background of sweet vanilla. Smooth, firm tannins are fully evident on the palate, accompanied harmoniously by a touch of fine spices, blackberries and blueberries. An elegant, long finish rounds this wine off perfectly. Description: The Royal Tokaji Wine Company was established in 1989 and the 1st vintage was produced in 1990. Over 50% of the company's vineyards are classified as 1st or 2nd Growths and production is limited to wines with 4 puttonyos and above. It pioneered the production of single vineyard wines and its major role in Tokaji`s renaissance is now widely recognised. The Royal Tokaji Wine Co Essencia 1993 vintage is a deep burnished gold colour, remarkably full bodied and luxuriously sweet showing excellent balance and structure. Tempting kumquat, orange and caramel are evident with generous hints of white chocolate and toasted bread. Fresh and long the wine is drinking very nicely now and should cellar well until 2012. Available in 50 cl bottles but Availability is limited.

American oak was chosen as it complements the berry and spice flavours of these Shiraz grapes. The wine was barrel fermented for added flavour complexity. Intensity and elegance are hallmarks of this wine. The palate has concentrated fruit, great length and a fine-grained tannin finish. The Patricia name is a dedication to our matriarch, Patricia Brown, for the love and hard work that she gave the family for more than 60 years. Her contribution has been fundamental in making Brown Brothers the success it is today.
