An up-front, easy drinking wine for current consumption. A very dense colour leads to a nose with pleasant oak characters resting on ripe plum fruit flavours, with a touch of chocolate and coconut. The palate is rich and ripe, with fine tannins and a powerful finish. Will improve over the next two or three years, but presently a soft, seductive Shiraz style with lots of current drinking appeal.
