Description: The Moore's Creek range of wines takes its name from the spring fed creek that runs from the Brokenback Range through our HVD and Penfoldvale vineyards. Medium purple/red colour, this Shiraz is full of rich, spicy plum fruit characters. This wine displays a medium bodied, soft fleshy palate with fine grained tannin on the finish. The ripe fruit and distinct varietal characters combined with a hint of oak maturation an elegant,balanced wine. Fermented in hand plunged open vats and matured in French and American oak barriques and large old oak casks for 8 to 12 months prior to bottling. This wine has been designed to enjoy immediately. Tyrrells OLD WINERY Pinot Noir Hunter Valley NSW Australia
Description: Tyrrell 's pioneered Pinot Noir in Australia in the early 1970s.In 1972, Tyrrell 's planted 2 acres of Pinot Noir which were among the first commercial plantings of this variety in the area.The 1976 Tyrrell 's Pinot Noir was selected in the 'Gault Milleau World Dozen'in 1979, after beating wines from all over the world in the 1979 Wine Olympics in Paris. Made from selected parcels of fruit from NSW, South Australia and Western Australia. The majority of the fruit was machine harvested after which the fruit was fermented in a combination of traditional hand plunged open vats and larger potter tanks. Maturation was then carried out in predominantly French oak casks for 8 months prior to bottling. A soft but generously flavoured style of Pinot Noir with aromas of sweet berry fruit and savoury mushroom character. Generous fruit on the palate is complemented by subtle nuances of oak and smooth tannins on the finish. (6 x 75 cl)

Good tannin structure and mouth feel. Medium bodied red with fragrant blackcurrant flavours – another great wine from this noble grape variety. Like all of the wines from Farmer's Daughter, estate-grown on excellent red clay soils. Mudgee is a small wine region to the north west of Sydney. It has some great red clay soils ideal for viticulture. Farmers Daughter is a boutique winery proud of its Mudgee and family routes. Lance and Gwen turned from farming to winemaking and named the winery for their daughters Michelle and Vicki. They recruited award winning winemaker Joe Lesnik who started making wine as an apprentice 38 years ago. Their 1999 Shiraz won the outstanding wine at the Mudgee Wine Show in 2001 and they have never looked back. Rothbury Estate MUDGEE Cabernet Merlot NSW
Description: This wine is a deep rich red in colour and displays smoky blueberry and blackcurrant aromas and ripe flavours of cassis with hints of chocolate. This wine has deep velvety tannins and a finish that is soft and round. VITICULTURE Fruit for this wine was sourced from The Rothbury Estate’s own vineyards at Mudgee. Mudgee is located on the western slopes of The Great Dividing Range at an altitude of 650-700 metres above sea level. The region offers an excellent climate for the ripening of most grape varieties due to warm summers and dry conditions during harvest. WINEMAKING Parcels of cabernet and merlot were kept separate throughout the winemaking process. Following de-stemming and crushing the parcels of fruit were chilled to 12 ° C. Fermentation then took place in temperature controlled static tank fermenters. After pressing the wine was transferred to American oak barrels for 12 months maturation. Careful bench appraisals were carried out before the final blending of the wine. (6 x 75 cl)
