Description: Wild Ferment Chardonnay is full-bodied and rich. Although high in alcohol the wine is balanced by high acidity. Ripe fruit aromas feature vanilla, dried apricot, peach and honey with hints of baked bread. On the palate, buttery apple, coconut, honeysuckle flowers and pear flavours are balanced with a creamy texture. The barrel fermented components add layers of toast and vanilla, while the malolactic fermentation contributes a rich, buttery texture.
