Domaine Pascal Prunier-Bonheur is run by husband and wife team Pascal and Christine. They own just 6 hectares between them, however, despite being based in the village of Meursault, they do not yet own any of these precious soils themselves. Pascal's brother, on the other hand, owns a nice plot in the well placed 'les Clous Dessous' which Pascal farms, harvests and vinifies. From his vineyard Pascal produces very stylish wines, showing good depth, complexity, and mineral 'fraicheur'. His style on reds is pure, elegant and fruit-driven with good volume and beautifully rounded tannins. (12 x 75 cl)

Vallet Freres Auxey Duresses Blanc AC
Description: Auxey-Duresses AC is a wine-producing appellation centred around the village of Auxey-Duresses in the Côte de Beaune area of France's Burgundy region. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the only varietals used for the production of red and white wines respectively. The whites are very limpid with green-golden colour and typically have aromas of pippin apples and fresh almonds. These wines are very supple, nicely balanced by discrete acidity and have a good length in the mouth. The wines will be ready for tasting after 3-5 years due to their suppleness but their quality will generally assure their peak for up to 10 or 12 years. Complex and fine, the wines from Vallet Frères have a great following. (6 x 75 cl)
