The Chardonnay is the strength of this vintage. It makes the wines classic and powerful, straight and rigorous, with a superb acid balance. While the Pinots provide finese and elegance, with a unique personality, it has a good structure and texture. A pale gold coloured champagne with a fine beade showing white fresh fruits, including peach and pear, aromas as well as hints of toasted and malt notes. One is immediately seduced by a forceful sensation, while the inviting and savoury presence, affirming a radiant, ample and fleshy fruitiness. This generosity grows, stretching to a firmness of caramelised and almost mineralised citrus fruits. Available in Magnum bottles. (3 x 1.5 Litres)
