Wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes from the 15 hectare Villero vineyard in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto. Once the Fruit is in the winery it is matured in barrel and barrique for 24 months and refined in bottle for 18 months. The colour is deep ruby red with garnet tints while the bouquet is powerful with forest fruit notes, blackcurrants, raspberries as well as mossy, earthy aromas and hints of oak. On the palate this wine is broad, soft and powerful with a superb silky finish. The Borolis are a piedmontese family who have been in business in the region (6 x 75 cl)
