Appearance: Delicate yellow gold colour with a continuous stream of small bubbles. The champagne has a remarkable visual appeal. Nose: Very expressive, a combination of creme fraiche, dried flowers and jam. Palate: First impressions confirm this Chamapgne has a strong personality. Rich and full flavoured this is a bold and well proportioned wine. To plant vines and work unceasingly to regularly produce high quality grapes represents a real challengw in the Champagne country. The climate is very severe and is a continual obstacle. Really sunny years are rare, but they yield exceptional wine, which requires 3 or 4 years of additional ageing in the cellars. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this well structured and well balanced Champagne satisfies the connoiseurs of mature Champagnes- the Vintage champagne is the perfect accompaniment for any meal calling for excellant Champagne.
