Long vinification in wooden vats, with pigeage and temperature control. A beautiful dark ruby colour with an aroma of small fruits, a persistence in mouth and a very harmonious wooded taste. To be served with roast meats and sauces, game and most cheeses. A bottle that can be kept for 10-15 years. Aged in oak barrels and bottled after 18 months.
