In the mouth there is perfect concentration and harmony, with superb length. This wine is produced from old vines with highly precise characteristics including high vegetation trimming, restricted yields with drastic debudding, cluster thinning, if necessary. Here work on the soil does not use fertiliser and vine protection techniques adopted are friendly to the environment and other plant life. 100% Pinot Noir the wine is matured for 15 months in casks without racking,while a fairly low proportion of new wood is used.
