This Sauvignon Blanc, produced from 10 year old vines, is a pale gold colour with pearly highlights. The Nose is showing a strong initial bouquet of flowers while it is delicate, yet full and soft on the palate. Becoming elegant and creamy when served with fish in sauce or clams, the Alignan wine-farmers suggest you also try it as aperitif. (12 x 75 cl)
