Description: TASTING NOTE Deep ruby red color, with mature black and red fruit aromas. Medium bodied with fresh acidity and soft tannins. Long finish with vanilla overtones. WINEMAKERS NOTES Colchagaua valley fared quite well and saw little or no rain during harvest. Harvesting took place early in February and beginning of March due to mild and dry conditions. Both the Shiraz and Cabernet from this area has been deemed particularly good.
