Guicciardini Strozzi VIN SANTO San Gimignano
Description: Vin Santo is produced in limited quantities according to a very old traditional method. After careful selection of the malvasia, trebbiano and san colombano grapes, they are left to wither on rush matting until the following Junuary. The grapes are then pressed and the must is stored in small kegs where it is left to age for at least five years. The wine is usually drawn from the kegs during Easter and this is probably the origin of its name (12 x 75 cl)
