Chateau Doisy-Vedrines 2eme Cru Classe Barsac
Description: Chateau Doisy-Vedrines has 27 hectares of vineyards and is dominated by 80% Semillon with a little Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. The fruit is harvested several times so that the fruit is picked at optimum ripeness resulting in low yields. Once in the winery fermentation starts in temperature-controlled, stainless steel vats and then ages in oak between 18 and20 months. This has produced a rich, full-bodied wine with great botrytis character (12 x 75 cl)

Chateau Lafon-Rochet 4eme Cru Classe Saint Estephe
Description: Located in a superb region between Lafite Rothschild and Cos d'Estournel, Lafon Rochet has some of the most prestigious wine-producing neighbours in the world. The history of the Chateau dates back to 1650, when Antoinette de Guillemotte gave the ownership of an estate named 'Rochette' to her husband Pierre de Lafon. Hence the Chateau adopted his name to become Chateau Lafon-Rochet, and the Chateau remained in the Lafon family for over two centuries. The family invested a lot of time into producing good wine and their efforts were rewarded when the Chateau was included in the 1855 Classification. 40% new barrels. Parker, 89+. (12 x 75 cl)
