This Pale straw with a tinge of green coloured wine has a nose showing fresh and lifted style from the the Sauvignon Blanc there is also guava, passionfruit and lemon thyme. Finally the nose has a slight herbal note is a character common to semillon. Fresh and lively, with good weight and structure on the palate the fresh gooseberry and passionfruit from the Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of grassiness from the Semillon deliver a persistent flavour with refreshing acidity.
