Colour: Black/ red centre, with brick red tinges of maturity appearing at the edges. Bouquet: Softly silky, rich old leather, with aniseed and dark fruits all making for the harmonious marriage of fruit and spirit which has developed over the time in bottle. Palate: Mellow and satisfyingly smooth with hints of lifted after dinner peppermint in the background. Showing significant aging with beautiful fruit/spirit integration, finishing with gentle acidity and fine tannins. Fruit Source: Barossa Valley Shiraz and a small portion of Eden Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Maturation: Matured entirely in the bottle for 15 years prior to release

These paintings are the labels for the wine.
