The Cappallotto Vineyard along with the Cantina Villadoria has been owned by the Lanzavecchia family for three generation and is situated in the center of the Langhe region. The grapes for this wine were grown in the Serralunga d'Alba part of the 70 acres that are under vine. Made from 100% Barbera grapes and aged in oak this is a reflection of the great care taken when producing this wine. This is a lovely ruby red coloured wine showing a vinous, strong yet delicate bouquet. Acquiring a full and harmonious flavour through the ageing in both Slavonia oak barrels and French barriques has produced a complex wine with an enjoable finish. (12 x 75 cl)
