Louis Bouillot PERLE NOIRE Cremant de Bourgogne
Description: Perle Noire Based on a Blanc de Noirs concept, our Perle Noire is a white wine made from red grapes, mainly Pinot Noir which gives a very unique slightly gray-pink color. Visual Aspect: The eye discovers a very nice and unusual silvered color for a sparkling wine, which is the sign for noble grapes. Nose: Complex and fine nose with red fruit aromas. Palate: Discreet Brut with a surprising attack in the mouth. Full-bodied with a persisting finish. Varietal : This Blanc de Noirs gathers black grapes containing white juice, giving structure and well equillibrated flavors. Winemaking: Bottle fermented for a minimum of 15 months. Fine and delicate bubbles round the glass as a result of a second fermentation. (6 x 75 cl)

Ferrari F.lli Lunelli FERRARI PERLE Metodo Classico Trento DOC
Description: The founder Giulio Ferrari was born in 1879 and after a classical wine education that included studying at the Institute of Viticulture in Montpellier he decided to take on the french at their own game and in 1902 started his own vineyard. Successful but without a family to leave the estate too he choose a local producer to take over and develop the business. In 1952 Bruno Lunelli and his family took control and the name of the comapny was changed to Ferrari F.lli Lunelli and it has gone from strength to strength. Adopting the traditional method for producing sparkling wine this 100% Chardonnay is left a minimum of 42 months on its own lees before bottling. Only produced in the very best years Perle has the a rich incessant fine-grained perlage to complement the golden colour of the wine. Showing mineral and floral aromas, it has good balance and an enjoable finish. (6 x 75 cl)
