Description: Tasting Notes: A fruit-driven wine, aromas of apple and peach mingle with hints of orange blossom leading to a palate full of clean and fruity character. Lively and crisp the wine also displays a creamy texture, balance and pleasing length. Production Notes: The grapes were harvested in perfect condition in late March. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to capture primary fruit aromas and freshness, there was no malo-lactic fermentation. Recommended Cellaring: 2-4 years (6 x 75 cl)

Description: Colour: The wine is pale straw in colour with green tints which will slowly develop into a rich, golden straw colour on ageing. Aromas: Fresh and distinctive Chardonnay aromas of pineapple, passionfruit and grapefruit. Palate: The palate is rich with mouth-filling, ripe fruit flavours and a balanced acidity. The fruit flavours are complemented with a light lees character which gives rise to an excellent palate weight and length of flavour. (12 x 75 cl)
