Colour: deep ruby red, tending towards violet reflections, especially in the foam. Bouquet: vinous, fruity and elegant. Taste: dry, rich, full, mellow flavour from which emerges an elegant slightly sharp taste with a good, well-balanced body. This cru embodies an elegance of particular refinement which is best appreciated around the September following the harvest. Vinification and Refinement: red wine making with maceration on the skins for up to 8 ro 10 days in stainless steel tanks. Area: La Morra and Barolo (12 x 75 cl)

Taste: dry but refreshing, keen and well balanced. Vinification and Refinement: soft pressing and static decanting. Slow alcoholic fermentation under strict temperature control. Ready for bottling following the malolactic fermentation. Area: Alessandria Vine: Cortese Grape. Area of Production: the wine producing area of Gavi extends from the village of Novi Ligure to the lower hills of the Ligurian Appennines.
