Description: Color: intense garnet red. Aroma: ethereal, rose petals, and spice, with hints of tobacco, mint and chocolate. Vinification: red wine method with maceration on the skins for approx 10 days. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is then matured in traditional Slavonian oak casks for ca. 2 years during which period the malolactic fermation takes place. Description: Colour: bright garnet red. Bouquet: ethereal and engaging, with hints of ripe fruits and spices such as prunes, figs and clove. Taste: full-bodied and austere. A well-structured wine where the tannins allow perfect blending of the aromas. Vinification and Refinement: red wine method with maceration on the skins for 10 to 15 days. Following the alcoholic fermentation the wine is then matured in the traditional oak casks for at least 2 years. A third year of ageing in the bottle is necessary before its release.
