Description: Fairfields Estate Savignon Blanc is sourced from 3 separate vineyards in the Marlborough region. Each lot has been fermented separately and then blended together. Each batch was cool fermented in stainless steel to retain varietal freshness. No oak was used. Fruit has good ripeness and the resulting wine shows good ripe flavours of passion fruit along with the distinctive herbal, nettle edges of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is bottled in screw cap to keep varietal freshness. (6 x 75 cl)
