Colour: Deep plum, promising rich concentrated flavours with a fine mousse. Bouquet: Black cherries, overtones of dusty chocolate with lovely yeast complexity. Palate: A velvet explosion of soft black fruits and chocolate on the middle palate, reigned in by the gentle tannins and long finish. There is a combined complexity of Shiraz fruit flavours and an attractive cracked yeast character from the secondary fermentation. (6 x 75 cl)
