A blend of 70% Bobal and 30% Tempranillo, Rozaleme’s deep colour and intense tightly knit fruit makes it an impressive wine and one that underlines the great potential that exists in Spain. Working with Toni Sarrion of Bodega Mustiguillo, consultant winemaker Alberto Antonini has been able to select some prime Bobal and Tempranillo vineyards with which to produce Rozaleme. Toni has 220 hectares of vineyard situated in Utiel, southeast of Madrid but just inland from Valencia. The vineyards are at an altitude of 700 (12 x 75 cl)
