They met while studying in Beaune and they have both trained in Australia, South Africa, and previously Anne-Sophie trained with Andre Dezat. Last year they swept the board with medals in Paris and this year they did the same in Anjou. All their wines are very fine, including their sparkling (12 x 75 cl)
