Once in the winery this wine will spend 20 months in American and Franch Oak barrels to produce a deep red wine with a dense aroma of dark stone fruits. Showing pleanty of red berry freshness it is well integrated with a complex structure and good finish. Alejandro Hernandez is currently the President of the OIV , the most important international Organisation of vitiviniculture based in Paris, France. He is also co-author of 'The Vines and Wines of Chile', published in 1986 and author of 'Wine and Vineyards of Chile' in 1993. In his professional practice he also acts as consultant to other Chilean vineyards and the Ministry of Agriculture.
